I frequent here very often. Going into the restaurant to eat has great service. The food is delicious here. I highly recommend ordering the chicken parmesan which can easily last you two meals. The servers have always been friendly and attentive. Ordering Car side to go is hit and miss unfortunately but that is the only draw back!

Not very good. Poor service. Doesnt check on customer.. Order medium steak and got medium rare. Sent it back and brought back same steak well done on one side and small portion on other end. Order mozzarella sticks for appetizer and never got then had to have them removed off of bill. Never again

Server took a whole hour an a half to just give my friend fries with the burger that he ordered. The males here are slow and just don't care about their jobs. However the females here do good, I've never had a problem with the female waitresses, they are always fast, friendly, and get to the point with no BS. I would not recommend this place if you want "good" food though. It's mediocre at best. I could cook at home better.

Came in with a larger group and they did good quickly setting up a table. From there it was downhill. 10+ minutes before taking our drink order and another 15 to get them....no we didn't order alcohol. After about an hour we asked if our food was close and the waitress said she would check. Keep in mind 2 tables near us arrived after and were about half way through their entree when we asked about ours. The food finally started coming out and we requested silverware and napkins. A few minutes later the manager walked by so we asked him for silverware as well....it finally arrived. The food was the same as about any Applebee's with exception of the crunchy shrimp which was a little soft. However, nobody had previous experience with the shrimp so perhaps that is normal. Lastly, we only received refills upon request. The facility was clean and the food quality was what you would expect, so perhaps I should have gone 2 stars. However, the fact nobody offered an apology for any mix ups or delays throughout the visit makes a huge difference in a service industry.
